Kevin F. Flynn is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Renovo Services, LLC, a company which was established in 2005 to fill a void in the vehicle transition industry for one comprehensive and highly professionalized solution for banks and lending institutions to turn to for their recovery, repossession, skip tracing, collection and auction needs. Today, Renovo has become the largest nationwide provider of collateral recovery-related services to the financial services industry.

Mr. Flynn has launched and led companies in several industries. Today his entire management focus is Renovo. He was a founder of the LKQ Corporation, a provider of alternative automotive parts to the collision repair industry. Today, LKQ Corporation is a public company with revenue in excess of $3 billion.

Mr. Flynn also serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Chicago-based Emerald Ventures, Inc., a private investment holding company. Emerald Ventures provides capital, strategy and management expertise to aggressive growth companies, from venture start-up to publicly-traded corporations, in a variety of industries.

A graduate of Marquette University, Mr. Flynn is active in numerous civic and philanthropic activities. He is presently serving in a board leadership capacity for The Chicago Children's Museum and maintains membership in the Young Presidents' Organization.
